My name is Cara and I help Sales Professionals to grow their business, by providing virtual executive assistant support and taking those time consuming tasks away. 

I have been an Executive Assistant for over 20 years and after being made redundant in December 2020, I opened my own Virtual Assistant business called Miss B VA.
